• Three members plus associates
• Over $1 billion, five members plus associates

CAR LEASING COMPANIES

• Minimum revenue $200 million
• Three members including associates
• Maximum ten leasing companies

STEAMSHIP COMPANIES

• Minimum revenue $ 500 million
• Trade in and out of North America and two or more NA trade lanes
• Maximum five members
• Maximum fifteen steamship companies

BARGE LINES

• Minimum revenue $100 Million
• Two members including associates
• Maximum four barge line

AIR CARGO

• Minimum revenue $1 billion
• One member
• Air freight forwarders and passenger airlines not eligible
